Orkney Sponge Edition No. 2 is a single refill hogshead of 2005, 16 year old Orkney single malt scotch whisky, bottled with a few degrees reduction at 55%. 

Another fresh, blustery and tasty expression of Orkney malt, wrapped up in some vintage Old Orkney tribute labelling and bottled at a strength that we felt balanced approachability with power!
