Highland Park Twisted Tattoo 16 year old scotch whisky is a packaging collaboration between Highland Park distillery and with renowned Danish tattoo artist Colin Dale. The label image is an intricate design inspired by free-flowing Nordic knotwork and the mythical Midgard serpent.

The whisky itself was matured for 16 years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and first-fill Rioja wine casks. The Rioja wine casks develop a deep richness in the whisky, while the ex-bourbon casks deliver flavours of vanilla and fresh fruit.

The resulting whisky shows character of sweet vanilla paired with sun-ripened peaches, summer red berries, full-bodied red wine, all overlaid with a light wafting of our iconic heather-rich peat-smoke. 

Twisted Tattoo 16 year old has won multiple gold medals including at San Francisco World Spirits Competition and at the Scotch Whisky Masters.
