Deanston 2007 13 Year Old Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky

Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky was established in 1988 by Andrew Symington, who had previously managed the prestigious Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh. In 2002 the firm acquired Edradour distillery from Pernod Ricard, and subsequently moved all of its operations north to the picturesque Perthshire location.

This single malt whisky was distilled in 2007 at the Deanston distillery before a full maturation in a single first fill ex-sherry butt. The single cask only producing 613 bottles.

Expect a malty but floral bouquet. A heavy and malty spirit with bright spices.
