- Aultmore 2010/10YO Pineau des Charentes finish - The Cooper's Choice. Pineau de what? A aperitif popular in the west of France, made from fortifying un-fermented grape juice. Intriguing! 52.5% ABV. details here.
- Auchentoshan 2011/9YO Rum cask finish - Carn Mor Strictly Limited. A well managed Rum finish! Subtle pineapple and banana over the Auchentoshan grassy malt style. 47.5% ABV. details here.
