Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky was established in 1988 by Andrew Symington, who had previously managed the prestigious Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh. In 2002 the firm acquired Edradour distillery from Pernod Ricard, and subsequently moved all of its operations north to the picturesque Perthshire location.

Distilled in 2005 at an unnamed Orkney distillery, and bottled exclusively for the Australian market in 2018 by Signatory Vintage this is a special and limited release, selected by Scotch Whisky Ambassador Craig Merson for Australian shores.

The liquid spent 13 long years snuggled deep into a single ex-bourbon hogshead, before bottling at natural cask strength of 56.2% ABV.

700ml. 56.2% ABV.
