Aroma: Delicate elderflower and flowering apple blossoms are layered with creamy vanilla. Summer pear, and freshly cut grass aromas open into candied sweets and nuances of lemon sherbet.

Taste: Banana and peaches; laced with thick heather honey and light dustings of cocoa powder. Traces of creamy vanilla rests on the palate with a gentle herbal edge.

Finish: Lingering oak; slowly fading to reveal soft hints of citrus.
