This single cask bottling of from the Highland Teaninch distillery was distilled in Nov 2007, matured in an American ex-Bourbon cask for 12 years before bottling in August 2020.
This little known Highland Malt displays fresh notes of exotic tea leaves, meadow flowers and grated lemon zest. We get buttery shortbread, lemon curd and floral notes with nutmeg spice. A really expressive malt.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration.
