Tamdhu-Glenlivet 15 year old Cadenhead Scotch whisky

Wm Cadenhead’s Ltd is Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842 but since 1972 they have been based in Campbeltown.

Cadenhead’s specialise in bottling single cask or small batch whisky, gin, rum, cognac, and other spirits from across all of Scotland and the rest of the world.

Cadenhead’s Original Collection Range are curious vattings bottled at 46% ABV.

This 15 year old from the Speyside Tamdhu distillery was distilled in 2007, and matured for most of it's life, decanted into a first-fill Oloroso ex-sherry cask in 2021, before racking again into an second fill ex-bourbon cask until bottling. The result is rich dried fruits, leather and rancio notes, with some gentle spice.
