Secret Speyside 10 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of 10 year old Scotch whisky was distilled at an undisclosed Speyside distillery and was bottled in October 2021 for the 17th series release from North Star. The malt was a vatting of 2 ex-sherry hogsheads producing 660 bottles.

Expect sweet white pepper, bramble jelly and peanut butter.
