From German Independent Bottlers, Sansibar Whisky, comes a 21 year old single cask bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from an unknown Orkney Distillery. The malt was distilled in 1999, underwent a 21 year maturation in a single cask before bottling in 2021. Considering 676 bottles were produced, we can assume the cask was likely to be an ex-sherry butt.
