Rampur Distillery is found in the foothills of the Himalaya's (the source of pristine water for their stills). Founded in 1943 with traditional copper pot stills, Rampur is the oldest distillery in India. 

A few exceptional casks of Rampur Single Malt Whisky post maturation in American Oak were handpicked by Rampur's Malt Master and transferred to PX Sherry Butts from Jerez, Spain for further maturation. The result is a rich and fruity whisky with layers of complex spice and dried fruit.

Expect a lively nose of sweet spice with touches of toffee and dried fruits. A touch of vanilla. The palate is broad around rich sweet caramel with spicey highlights and an almost winey texture.
