North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of  11 year old scotch malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery was bottled for the 3rd series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single refill bourbon cask producing a measly 300 bottles.

Expect butter notes with lemon freshness with a touch of smoke.
