The McLaren Vale distillery is among the coastal vineyards of South Australia's McLaren Vale wine region. McLaren Vale distillery use the best wine and fortified casks from wineries all over Australia to age their whisky in, creating unique spirits of true provenance.

Aged in six individual French Oak Shiraz casks and finished in fortified Muscat barrels.

A single malt whisky of deep golden honey colour, with aromas of stone fruit and dried pear moving towards fine French oak and toffee. The palate offers sweet malt and butterscotch with a long lingering finish of integrated oak and a viscous mouthfeel.
