The Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, is a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes these whiskies so special is that they are all non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic, authentic, and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. This 8-year-old Scotch whisky was distilled in 2017 at the Speyside Linkwood distillery, known for its elegant, floral, and orchard-fruit spirit. Moving away from the traditional, this expression showcases a brilliant marriage after being matured in rare Hungarian Tokaji sweet wine casks. Prior to bottling, the whisky was proofed to a robust 51.2% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added.
