Indiana Bourbon Whiskey 2015 4 Year Old Leith Stillroom

The Indiana Bourbon 2015 4 year old whiskey from the Leith Stillroom (Gleann Mor Spirits) was distilled in May 2015 and matured for four years before it was bottled in 2019 unchilfiltered at 46% with natural colour. Spice and dried fruits the nose.

Liquorice, and oranges after time in the glass. On the palate a juicy, more spice and caramel. Sweetness with a soft texture. A vanilla, caramel and fudge finish. Some aniseed and herbal notes after a while. Then more tropical fruits and some ginger.
