Holyrood Distillery was established in 2019 in the centre of Edinburgh’s historic old town with a focus on an innovative approach to distilling, inspired by Edinburgh’s rich brewing history. The first single malt Scotch Whisky distillery in the Scottish capital since 1925 housed in historic 180 year old railway good sheds.

Holyrood Distillery Ambir Single Malt Scotch Whisky is meticulously crafted to deliver a rich and complex dram. This whisky showcases a harmonious balance of red fruits, vanilla and cornflakes.  Biscuit velvet texture, mouth watering, hint of savoury at the end. Distilled and matured in the grand Scottish capital city of Edinburgh, Ambir offers a smooth, medium-long finish that reflects the heritage and skill behind its creation.
