Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or Scotch Whisky

Glenmorangie 'The Nectar d'Or' Scotch whisky is matured for an initial period  ex-bourbon casks, before a finish in rare ex-sauternes wine casks sourced from the Sauternes sub-appellation within the Bordeaux wine region. The result is a sweet and sumptious dram, with a nose of lemon tart, fresh vanilla pods, orange zest and coconut. A silky texture on the palate with flavours of gingerbread with nutmeg, toasted almonds and meringue.

Glenmorangie, near the town-ship of Tain in the Scottish Highlands has the tallest copper stills in Scotland, ensuring maximum Copper contact during distillation, resulting in a light and fruity spirit.
