Glen Moray 15 Year Old 2005 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This 15 year old bottling from the Speyside Glen Moray distillery was distilled in October 2005, matured in a single ex-Bourbon barrel (#6918) before bottling in August 2021 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 3 releases for the Private Cellars Selection.
Expect a nose of ripe green apples, vanilla custard tart and spice. The pallet displays it's ex-Bourbon cask heritage with gusto with Vanilla notes and gentle spice with subtle vintage confectionary sweetness. The finish is lingering with apple strudel and cinnamon.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 182 bottles produced from the cask.
