Glen Garioch 32 Year Old 1988
Càrn Mòr Family Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky
A rare, ultra‑limited Glen Garioch single malt, drawn from the Morrison family’s private cask holdings and bottled as part of the prestigious Càrn Mòr Family Reserve — the pinnacle of their whisky portfolio. Distilled in 1988 and matured for 32 years, this release captures a style of Glen Garioch that no longer exists: robust, gently peated, and shaped by traditional floor‑malting practices.
Selected personally by Brian and Jamie Morrison, this cask represents both exceptional spirit quality and a deep family connection. During the 1980s the Morrison family owned Glen Garioch, overseeing a production era defined by in‑house maltings, peat influence, and a character now considered a true Highland rarity. As Brian Morrison notes, this whisky reflects “the style of which Glen Garioch was distilled in the eighties… a distillery we have a very personal connection to.”
Bottled in extremely limited quantities, this is a collectable, top‑tier Highland single malt for serious whisky drinkers — a once‑in‑a‑generation snapshot of Glen Garioch’s heritage, preserved at natural colour and full integrity.
