Fleurieu Distillery 'Never A Dull Moment' Australian Whisky

Fleurieu Distillery is found on the Goolwa Wharf near the mouth of the River Murray in South Australia. Owners, Gareth and Angela Andrews, have been passionately refining their craft with numerous small batch releases, coming to the attention of the whisky loving public in 2017 with the high quality of their initial releases. 

This Apera cask matured whisky originated from several larger format American oak barrels. Individually selected casks were carefully blended to capture the lively, sweet depth of flavour an Apera aged whisky can offer.

Colour – Bright copper in colour
Nose – Light maple syrup sweetness with hints of marmalade and white chocolate.
Palate –Mouth-watering toffee characters, sweet fruit spice.
Finish – Lingering toffee with a maritime salt finale and luscious mouthfeel.
Undeniably a sip and savour whisky!

47.6% alc/vol, available in 700ml bottles only and limited to 1320 hand-numbered bottles.
