Distilled in 2010 and matured for 15 years, this Caol Ila was finished in an Amarone cask, introducing additional layers of depth and complexity while allowing the distillery’s signature coastal smoke and character to remain at the forefront.

The result is a carefully balanced expression where Islay’s traditional smoky character meets the influence of Italian wine maturation.
