The Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, is a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes these whiskies so special is that they are all non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic, authentic, and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 14-year-old Scotch whisky was distilled in 2011 at the Speyside Craigellachie distillery, famous for its muscular, characterful spirit. Moving away from traditional sweet sherry styles, this expression has been matured in First Fill Fino Sherry casks, bringing a drier, beautifully structured, and more savoury profile to the dram. Prior to bottling, the whisky was proofed to the signature 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added.

Profile: Stone fruits, heather honey, roasted almonds, and a dry, savoury finish.
