Caol Ila 2007 13 Year Old Whisky Age Scotch Whisky

From the Taiwanese based Independent Bottler of Scotch whisky, 'Whisky Age' comes this single cask bottling of Islay Caol Ila Scotch Whisky. Distilled in 2007, and matured in refill cask #320323  for 13 years before bottling in 2021, this limited release was of only 289 bottles.

Expect the nose to remind you of a bonfire on the beach, with dashes of creamy lemon curd, almonds and ash. The palate is mellow and balanced, with soft and savoury notes complementing each other. Gentle Peat, lemon peal and a dash of black pepper.
