Glendronach 21 Year Old Parliment 2022 bottling

Under the stewardship of Billy Walker from 2008 to 2016 Glendronach went from obscurity to cult status. So far under the ownership of Brown-Forman we have not (to-date) seen any problematic issues around whisky quality, even though since the take-over production compacity has doubled, and is due to double again in the near future.

The Glendronach 21 Year Old single malt scotch whisky touches on iconic status, with it's beautifully matured malt, aged in a mix of ex-Oloroso and PX casks, the flavours are long, dark and rich. Australian allocations are tiny for the 21 year old making these a must-have addition to and serious whisky collections.

Official Tasting note by: "Resolute flavours of fine Oloroso sherry and bitter chocolate sauce, which has been spread liberally over homemade plum pudding. This is all infused with fabulous spicy notes – cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Full bodied with smooth tannins. Long and lingering."
