Clynelish 24 year old 1989 Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whisky 

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 24 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Highland Clynelish Distillery in 1989 before spending 24 years in an ex-Bourbon hogshed. The barrel (#5890) produced only 248bottles of malt at a cask strength of 52.0% ABV. 

Expect a fine and waxy example of Clynelish whisky with citrus notes, apples and red berries.
