North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask release of 'Lynch Isle' was distilled at an undisclosed Highland distillery in 2000, matured in a sherry cask before finishing in a portugese brandy butt. 693 bottles were produced from the out turn.

Expect apple, grapefruit, almonds, creamy coffee & dark chocolate.
