The Bellevue distillery 25 year old Guadelopue Rum by Leith Stillroom (Gleann Mor Spirits) is a single cask (No.5) release, distilled in March 1998 and bottled in 2023 with no chill filtration or colour additions.  Bellevue distillery, found in Marie-Galante is known for agricole styles distilled in a column still. This release is a more unusual find, as it is thought to have been distilled from molasses. 

Expect waves of caramel, banana and mango. Raisin, candied orange, plum, sweet liquorice and treacle on the palate. A sweet finish with a touch of lime.
