Carn Mor Tamnavulin 13 Year Old Scotch Whisky

The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 13 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Speyside Tamnavulin distillery before maturing in select American oak casks for 13 years. Prior to bottling the whisky was vatted and proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1185 bottles were produced.

Expect a whisky with an animated and lifted nose with sweet stewed orchard fruits. The palate has flavours of sherbert lemon candy, with sweet orchard fruits along tangy citrus notes.
