Clynelish 26 year old 1993 Morrisons Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whisky

The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 26 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Highland Clynelish Distillery in 1993 before spending 26 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel. The barrel (#11215) was a particularly low-fill producing only 173 bottles of malt at a cask strength of 52.7% ABV. 

Expect a sweet malt profile, with dried fruit character and a beautiful herbal long finish.
