Fleurieu Distillery 'Don Quixote' Australian Whisky

Fleurieu Distillery is found on the Goolwa Wharf near the mouth of the River Murray in South Australia. Owners, Gareth and Angela Andrews, have been passionately refining their craft with numerous small batch releases, coming to the attention of the whisky loving public in 2017 with the high quality of their initial releases. 

Fleurieu Distillery Don Quixote Australian Whisky is a cask strength bottling of a single ex-Apera single malt whisky. The whisky is suitably big and rich, with bright brandied fruits  and rhubarb notes, balanced well with oak and earth notes. The malt is biscuity and sweet that morphs into a long and drier finish.

59.2% alc/vol, available in 700ml bottles only and limited to 320 hand-numbered bottles.
