The Old Rip Van Winkle 107 Proof 10 year Old Bourbon Whiskey is bottled at close to barrel proof. Just a small splash of Kentucky limestone water is added after a 10 years of barrel aging. Rich, yet smooth, this bourbon takes a back seat to none and is a true icon.
Expect sweet vanilla, caramel, pecan and wood. A smooth and mellow palate consisting of grains, cherries and oak. Features a very long, smoky grain finish with hints of fruit, spice and oak tannins.
