North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of 10 year old Glentauchers was bottled in September 2018 for the 6th series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single refill hogshead before finishing in a Bordeaux red wine cask producing a measly 315 bottles.

Expect toffee and creme brulee.
