North Star for Ukraine Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

Bottled in support of the people of Ukraine, with all North Star profits supporting charities providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine. A bottling of a sherry butt containing a blended malt with a minimum age of 7 years.

Nose: Stewed bramble jam and a touch of roasted coffee

Palate: Maple syrup, butterscotch & allspice

Finish: Fearless and Defiant
