Caol Ila 8 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single malt release of an 8 year old Caol Ila scotch whisky was bottled in September 2022 for the 20th series release from North Star. Only 220 bottles were released, all matured in ex-Port octaves.

Expect A room full of cigar-munching winos. Steak tartare, rocket salad & condensed balsamic. The finish feels like a French brasserie.
