Secret Highland 11 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single malt release of an 11 year old secret Highland scotch whisky was bottled in November 2022 for the 21st series release from North Star. Only 265 bottles were released, matured in a mix of port octaves, oloroso sherry octaves and a refill hogsheads, before vatting prior to bottling.

Expect a nose of apple cider and dark berries. The palate is creamy and chocolatey wiht an oily long finish.
