Colonsay 'Wild Island' Botanic Scottish Gin

Created by the team at Colonsay Brewery, this small batch gin takes its design inspiration from the colours and contours of the island’s beautiful Kiloran Bay and takes its flavour inspiration from the wild botanicals that grow on the island of Colonsay.

Alongside the 10 base botanicals, 6 key hand-foraged island botanicals provide a citrusy and slightly spicy profile. The local botanicals of lemon balm, wild water mint, meadowsweet, sea buckthorn, heather flowers and bog myrtle are hand foraged by the Colonsay Brewery team and used alongside juniper berries, coriander seeds, sweet Mediterranean lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice, cinnamon bark, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark and nutmeg to create a Scottish Gin of fantastic body and depth.

With this profile and a 100% British wheat base spirit, the Wild Island Botanic Gin makes for a fantastic sipping spirit, 1:1 Gin & Tonic, or a wonderful lemon-mint Martini. A quintessential Scottish Gin
