The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of from the Highland Ardmore distillery was distilled in April 2006, matured in an American ex-Bourbon cask for 14 years before bottling in August 2020.
This curiously peated Highland Malt displays notes of smoked bacon, cracked black pepper and custard cream biscuits. It's malty and grassy with pleasant iodine peat. A touch of sweet stone fruit in the back lingers for days.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration.
